Stainless steel is non-tarnishing and concidered hypoallergenic.

Oxidized silver will darken and tarnish over time. Humidity and contact with skin will speed this prosess. It is not hypoallergenic.

Thicker (mm) chains are stronger. All chains are the weekest at the clasp area. Each link is welded, however the jump rings are not.

 Select the style and length of the chain you like best!  If you are active or tend to tug on necklace chains thicker is your best option. 

The chains range in strength.

• Oval Link - 1.2mm wide - Our weakest SS chain - VERY dainty size - Good for occasional wear.
   
• Oval Link - 1.5mm wide - dainty - for gentle day wear - occasional night-time wear
   
• Tiny Curb - 1.5mm wide - dainty - for gentle day wear - occasional night-time wear
   
• Water Wave - 1.5mm wide - dainty - for gentle day wear - occasional night-time wear

About Returns:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will need to ship the item back in the original gift box/packaging. Mail it in a shipping box (not an envelope). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After we receive the item we will refund the price of the necklace only. We can not refund the original shipping price.

About Exchanges:
An item can be exchanged another equal priced item. When exchanging an item, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will need to ship the item back in the original gift box/packaging. Mail it in a shipping box (not an envelope). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
When shipping the item to be exchanged, include $4.00 cash for shipping back the replacement.
